1ª CONVENCIÓN DE AEROBICS Y BAILE COMITÁN 2009
Bajo la iniciativa del Profr. Jorge Alejandro Jiménez, se llevó a cabo la 1er. Convención de Aerobics y Baile Comitán 2009, en donde se dieron cita los instructores más actualizados de la región, los cuales están avalados por distintas instituciones en el ámbito internacional.
La cita fue en un salón de eventos situado en el norte de la ciudad, en donde varias decenas de damas y caballeros, recibieron clases, de las cuáles sacaron el mayor provecho posible.
La primera clase corrió a cargo del Lic. Miguel Ramos Gordillo, en donde aplicó el “HI-LOW”, una disciplina dentro de los ejercicios aeróbicos los cuáles se pueden denominar, en términos comunes, como de alto y bajo impacto.
La segunda clase fue por parte del LEF. Gustavo Alberto Hernández De Coss, el cuál tiene una basta experiencia como atleta e instructor, a él correspondió dar la clase de “BODY PUMP”, que destaca ejercicios aeróbicos con el manejo de mancuernas y aparatos.
La tercera y última clase fue por parte del Profr. Carlos Francisco Morales García, el cuál se ha especializado en “ZUMBA-BAILE”.
Con esto el Profr. Jorge Alejandro, apuesta por la activación física que todos debemos aplicar en nuestra vida, un seguro de una vida más placentera, ¡felicidades a todos los participantes!
